booking & appointments
appointments are scheduled by request and are subject to approval. all services begin with a consultation to determine eligibility and appropriateness of treatment. darlum skin reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments based on clinical judgment.
cancellation & no-show policy
we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a fee or may require a deposit for future bookings.
late arrival
please arrive on time for your appointment. arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.
payments
payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. prices and treatment plans are discussed during consultation. online payments may not be available for all services.
eligibility & medical considerations
services are provided only to clients who are deemed appropriate candidates based on medical history and consultation. clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and recent treatments. services are not provided to individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding unless explicitly approved.
age requirement
clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services.

right to refuse service
darlum skin reserves the right to refuse service to any client for safety, medical, or professional reasons.
